Dinner yesterday was tofu stir-fry. It was full of red, orange, white and purple veggies and was seriously lacking in the green department. The snow pea plants have sprouted a handful of pods and I decided it was time - time to pick. I collected four regular-sized pods from our plants! Hurray! There are a bunch of baby pods a'growin' and hopefully having picked these big guys, the babes can grow more efficiently. I used them as garnish for the bowls of stir-fry. So crisp! So watery! So good! I'm so excited to eat from my own garden! Thumbs up, self-sustainability!
