Oh my, frozen yogurt pie

x
Massachusetts is in the midst of a heat wave this week. The last I checked, my town reached 103 degrees today. The whole week has been oppressive and unbearably hot. Baking any desert would be insane.

Insert this frozen yogurt pie. No ovens allowed.

To top it off, only THREE ingredients are required. You're welcome.

Ingredients:
  • Three yogurts of your favorite flavor(s)
  • A regular size tub of Cool Whip
  • A graham cracker pie crust. (Store bought. Because there's no baking allowed).

Directions:
  • Grab a bowl, empty your yogurts and mix. You can skip this step if you're using the same flavor.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip.
  • Pile into graham cracker crust.
  • If you're feeling fancy, top with a favorite fruit.

Cover the pie with the provided plastic and place in the freezer. Let it sit for a couple of hours, until completely frozen. When you want to serve the pie, let it defrost a little beforehand - but not too much. It's a frozen pie, after all.
(Check out that vintage Russell Wright saucer!)
