Taking a photo a day seems like a daunting task. But with the invention of the iPhone and camera phones in general, it's quite effortless. I bet more people take (at least) one photo a day with their phones and don't even realize it.
Chantelle over at Fatmumslim created an awesome photo challenge called JANphotoaday. I learned of it through Instagr.am, which is the app in which I've chosen to play along. Chantelle made prompts for each January day. Along with a short description, the hashtag #JANphotoaday is added to the photo caption. This allows for others playing along to check out what's happening basically world wide. Right now, a total of 54,179 photos have been tagged #JANphotoaday on Instagr.am alone!
It's a really fun way to help me photograph things on the regular, using creative themes to keep it interesting!

I love how many people are doing this photo-a-day thing. To be honest, I'd probably forget to take pictures every day. They're cute though! :)
